PAUL is launching the new line „Ambiances de fêteˮ with winter products, limited edition. The new of those products are the three assortment of sweet bread that cannot miss on Christmas: nuts and cherries sweet bread, nuts and oranges sweet bread, nuts and raisins. In addition to these products, „Ambiances de fêteˮ also has different sorts of cake, mini-macarons, tarts and muffins.
„Christmas season is very much loved by romanians. Usually, it brings together the family and friends for the Cristmas dinner, and a dessert sweetens the atmosphere and stories. This is why we launched the Ambiances de fête, that includes sweet bread and lovely sweets, we cannot imagine a Christmas without. This is why we decided to offer the most delicious ideas for the Christmas lunch and gifts for the dear ones”, said Monica Eftimie Chief Marketing Officer, Paul Romania.
The new „Ambiances de fêteˮ has 2 new cakes recipes: Bûche Poire Chocolat (chocolate foam, pralines, mousse, pear compote, chocolate glaze cake) and Bûche Amande Abricot ( pandispan dough, migdals, mousse, milk, peach compote). Beside these, there are chocolate foam cake with raspberries, cherries, coffee cream, dark and white chocolate cream.
Other products that are only in the Christmas edition are: mini-macarons – white chocolate, cocos, vanilla, strawberries, pralines, chocolate and raspberries, black chocolate, gingerbread and orange flavored.
Another new thing – traditional almond cream tarts, Galette frangipane. As the tradition says, when it’s made, you hide a Jesus or Holy Mary figurine, and the lucky one will truly be lucky in the new year. So the Galette frangipane comes with beautiful surprises.
The „Ambiances de fête” products are available in all the Paul bakeries in Bucharest, including the Chariot ones, you can buy them there or you can get delivery to any location.
