Paul Bakeries introduce in the menu a heart-shaped cake and sweets collection dedicated to lovers' day. The range novelty is the famous Pavlova cake, light, creamy and delicious due to the creative mix of ingredients - vanilla cream, mascarpone, meringue and a bed of raspberries or strawberries.

All those who wish to surprise their partners with a sweet gift can choose the delicious cakes from Paul’s new range: Coeur Pavlova aux framboises (vanilla cream cake, mascarpone, meringue and raspberries), Coeur Pavlova fraise (vanilla cream cake, mascarpone, meringue and strawberries), Millefeuille Coeur Framboise (vanilla cream cake, mascarpone and raspberries), Millefeuille Coeur Multi Fruit (vanilla cream, mascarpone and fruit cake), Millefeuille Coeur Abricot (vanilla cream, mascarpone and apricot cream cake) and Coeur Brioche Choco (chocolate glaze and cereal muffin).

Pavlova cake is named after a famous ballerina from Russia, Anna Pavlova, known for the " The death of the swan" dance performance. One time she danced on the New Zealand stage, and a famous New Zealand confectioner created a cake with ingredients that expressed Anna's way to dance.
