Give a Smile to MagiCAMP Children just by Buying a Raspberries Tart from Paul

Through the social responsibility program "At Paul, when you get, you give!", Paul bakeries support, for the second consecutive year MagiCAMP, a camp for children with oncological diseases, in order to encourage fulfilling the mission of the organization, to help them get over their toughest moments in life.

Until December 31, 2017, Paul will donate to MagiCAMP 1 leu from the price of each Tartelette Framboises sold. The money raised will be directed each month to MagiCAMP for maintenance, purchase of toys and help for those needed to organize camp activities.

Since the start of the campaign, in April 2016, Paul bakeries have donated to the association over 12,000 euros, the amount that has contributed to supporting MagiCAMP summer camps and purchasing the necessary items to carry out various games with children. This year, more than 250 children are expected to enter the world of fairy tales and adventures for a week, being assisted to play various play activities.

"We are already in the second year of enjoying the fact that we can give smiles to the MagiCAMP children and we want to continue this soul project. Tartelettes Framboises remain among the top selling Paul products, which is why we chose them as part of the campaign. We want to offer unforgettable moments to as many children as possible and we believe that with our clients we will be able to give them the moments of joy they need so much, " said Claudia Porojan, Senior PR & CSR Manager, Paul Romania.

The MagiCAMP Association supports and carries out annual camps for children suffering from oncological diseases. A play taken seriously by oncologists, pediatricians and volunteers who want to help and offer a lot of playful moments to their little ones in a green dream place with fresh air. MagiCAMP has managed to gather a formidable team who, for 3 months, will try to create a story for every child whose life is always split between the home and the hospital bed.

MagiCAMP co-founder, journalist Melania Medeleanu, is near the children throughout the summer.

"The MagiCAMP camps are like a second home for kids who joins us every year. In 2012, we helped 32 children, and in just four years we came to offer smiles for nearly 250 children and increase their number with each organized edition. We are a family of people dedicated to the cause and in this way we are able to enjoy playing and having a special time with kids who join us. We are happy with all the support  MagiCAMP receives from friends and, last but not least, thanks to Paul Romania bakeries who are with us this year, " said Melania Medeleanu.

In 2017, more than 250 children will spend a week at Branesti, at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains, and play in a camp full of magic and adventure.

More information about the campaign, bakeries, products and offers can be found on the Paul Romania Facebook and Instagram pages and on the MagiCAMP website.
